The societies today have become cosmopolitan. Nationalities mix and so does the culture. Music doesn’t fall far behind. The Music Cosmopolitism program showcases how 19th and 20th century have brought a boom of diverse styles in music, with each style representing its own niche. All of this through people’s favorite instrument: the guitar. Mak Grgić, Slovenia’s pre-eminent guitar virtuoso will take you on an eclectic journey of tunes that you will hum to and those that will challenge you.
Joining him as a guest artist is the international prize winning Croatian cellist Dorotea Rácz.
